Salarpuria  Sattva unveils two projects in Bangalore 

Salarpuria Sattva group, one of the Leading Real EstateDevelopers From South India, has launched two premium residential projects in north and south Bangalore.

The company recently launched Laurel Heights and Cadenza, both of which are located in a prime area, on the main arterial roads that connect the IT corridor of Bangalore. According to a company statement, this stretch faces a rising demand for premium homes.

Salarpuria Sattva’s Laurel Heights priced at Rs 3,750 will be built on 4.2 acres of land, 14 levels + G + B, eight towers, 438 apartments and comprises two and three BHK formats. Sizes range from 980-1,010 sq ft (two BHK) and 1,225-1,395 (three BHK).

Salarpuria Sattva group is also, for the first time, launching its single bedroom format, making the brand accessible to aspiring younger, upwardly mobile home seekers and investors, Agarwal said. “By offering a compact apartment, we would like to cater to the various requirements of our customers,” Agarwal added.
